Hi, I’m Kristoff Warsaw, I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2016 and have helped tons of people reclaim their lives!

I became a trainer with the intent on becoming a physical therapist but realized when I started working in gyms that people need more than just injury rehab, many need to relearn how to take care of their bodies to achieve health and longevity.

As a functional training specialist I emphasize improving my clients mobility and every day functionality, helping my clients not just get stronger but move better throughout their every day life!

I pride myself on all of the people that I’ve helped recover from and improve chronic pain such as ankle, knee, hip, low back, and shoulder pain. 

I believe that in many cases there’s no reason for people to be suffering through chronic pain and I’ve taken up the mantle to help as many people as possible in their recovery!

Even if you have struggled with old injuries, don’t let yourself be held back.

We’ll work together to assess your current lifestyle and your goals to create the most optimal plan for you.

Small group coaching is an ideal fit if you are interested in personal training but would like to workout with friend(s). I’ll work with you and your friend(s) to assess your lifestyle and goals. You’ll all workout together but will get individualized training plans and can hold each other accountable! It’s always easier to hit your goals when you have multiple people holding you accountable!

 

 

Remote coaching

Remote coaching is the best program for you if you are already motivated but need help with creating your training and nutrition plan. I’ll provide you with effective programming specifically for your busy schedule. You’ll be able to workout on your own time, at any location you want.
