When you contact us, book a discovery call, or become a client, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about your goals and health history so we can train you safely. Our website uses standard analytics to understand which pages people visit; analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your sessions: confirmations, reminders, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We never sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing.

How we use your information

To provide and schedule training, to respond to you, to improve the service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that make the business run (for example scheduling, payments, and website hosting), and only what they need to do their job.
