What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the greater Baltimore area. More specifically, we serve Owings Mills, Pikesville, Towson, and downtown Baltimore.. If you're outside these areas, online training may be an option.

Do you offer virtual or online sessions?

Yes! We offer online personal training for clients who prefer remote sessions or live outside our service area.

What are your COVID-19 or hygiene protocols?

We follow all recommended health guidelines, including equipment sanitization, hand hygiene, and social distancing as needed. Please ask about current protocols.

What if I have a medical condition or injury?

We work with many clients who have pre-existing conditions or are recovering from injuries. We’ll adapt workouts to your needs and may coordinate with your healthcare provider if needed.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you train couples or small groups?

Yes, we offer partner and small group training options at a discounted rate per person.

What qualifications do your trainers have?

All trainers are certified through nationally recognized organizations (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) and have CPR/First Aid certification. Some also hold specialties in nutrition, corrective exercise, and more.

What should I wear or prepare before a session?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and have a water bottle nearby. Your trainer will guide you through any other prep before your first session.
